BOLOUR Funds Land Loan in Transitional Industrial Neighborhood

Bridging the Gap for Single-Story Office Building and Vacant Land Project

The developer of a mixed-use project renovation and ground-up construction in a transitional industrial neighborhood of downtown Phoenix needed more time and money to complete entitlements before securing construction financing. BOLOUR refinanced a maturing bridge loan and provided additional proceeds to cover entitlement costs. The development site consists of two parcels, one of which is a 20,000-square-foot, single-story creative office building and the other is vacant land on which the developer will build 276 units.
