Alex Bolour
Founder and Principal

Alex Bolour has served as Founder and Principal of Bolour Associates since 1982. He has over 45 years of experience in real estate investment and development in Europe and the United States. Mr. Bolour began investing in real estate in Northern Europe during the early 1960’s. By 1979, Mr. Bolour expanded his portfolio into the United States, where he invested in properties in Southern California.  In addition to his real estate investments, Mr. Bolour formed and operated an international trade company, which reached over $50 million in annual sales by the mid 1980’s. He supports The Maple Counseling Center, Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem and has served on the board of the Magbit Foundation, which promotes education for needy and qualified students in Israel. Along with his co-recipient, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Mr. Bolour received the Crystal Award for Community Spirit from The Maple Counseling Center of Beverly Hills in 2011.
