Mark Bolour has been with Bolour Associates since 1996, expanding the firm into a fully integrated real estate investment, development and finance firm. With his expertise in acquisition, asset management, development, structured finance, disposition and the entitlement process, the firm has experienced exponential growth over the past 15 years. Mr. Bolour has also been an industry leader in utilizing cutting-edge technology in his projects. Given his passion for architecture, he consistently strives to meet current market needs while respecting LA's unique heritage and supporting architectural preservation efforts. In addition to directing the firm’s real estate businesses, Mr. Bolour has overseen all aspects of the investment and operating activities of the Bolour Family Office since 2005. Mr. Bolour has a broad network of solid city government relationships and has worked with Community Redevelopment Agencies in East Pasadena, Long Beach, and Los Angeles to help implement smart growth initiatives with grass roots support. His community involvement includes support of The Maple Counseling Center, Los Angeles Conservancy, and the Jewish Federation. Along with his co-recipient, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Mr. Bolour received the Crystal Award for Community Spirit from The Maple Counseling Center of Beverly Hills in 2011. . After earning his B.A. in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California, he obtained an M.B.A. in Finance from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management at the Claremont Graduate University.
