The objective of Bolour Associates’ Property Management Team is to maximize rental income, reduce expenses and maintain a thorough understanding of our tenants’ businesses. With an in-house Property Management Team, Bolour Associates maintains better control of its properties and access to market and tenant-specific information. This data is critical not only in the day-to-day decisions that affect the bottom line profits but also in the investment decisions of the firm. The Property Management Team provides the following services:


	Preparing annual operating statements and projected expense budgets;

	Developing and implementing maintenance programs;

	Researching and executing low-cost methods of delivery of services;

	Providing on-site management personnel;

	Managing accounts receivable;

	Providing review and scrutiny of real property taxes;

	Developing and implementing residential marketing and leasing programs; and

	Hiring and overseeing of on-site property managers.
