The firm employs two full-time, seasoned lawyers with hands-on knowledge of the firm’s transactions, allowing them to implement strategies most effectively. With this legal support, Bolour Associates is also able to conduct thorough due diligence, anticipate and minimize liabilities, expedite deals and negotiate transactions with maximum leverage.

The firm’s Financial Controls Team, comprised of accounting and financial support staff, provides the principals with the necessary information to make strategic investment decisions. The Team also provides financial reporting, effective cost projections, robust controls and implementation of the firm’s short-term and long-term objectives. It also designs and implements financial methodologies, including audits, projections and bookkeeping; reconciles revenues and expenses; and manages vendor payments.
